2 Tbs ground whole flax seeds or Cold Milled Flax -Flakes o Gold -Grind in blender, coffee grinder, or food processor 1 fresh or frozen banana 1 cup frozen blueberries (or your choice of berries) 1c - soy milk or yogurt or ice cream or ice cubes (pick your favorite)-Blend in a blender and if your blender is strong enough, you can grind the flax seeds first and then add everything else one at a time to allow time so blender does not get overworked.
