3 ½ c. oats
¾ c. raisins
2/3 c. sunflower seeds
½ c. toasted sesame seeds
½ c. wheat germ
½ c oat bran
3 T. flax seeds
1 t. salt
1 c. coconut
1c. chopped almonds
1 ½ c. organic peanut butter
1 c. honey
5 T. butter, melted
1-2 c. (grain sweetened) chocolate chips
In a large bowl, mix all together.
Press firmly into a parchment paper lined 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Return to oven 2-5 min.
Spread chocolate with back of spoon.
Cool slightly. Put in fridge for 2 hours.
Cut into bars. Store in fridge.
