Hi Ellie, I came to the Farmer's Market a couple of weeks ago to pick up another jar of lignans and we got to talking about how important it was for me to be eating the flax seeds too. I am sharing that flax with my sister and trying to get it in my husband's food because his cholesterol is so high. Thank you for blessing me.
I am amazed how much better I am feeling by adding this to my diet. It has totally wiped out all my hot flashes. The lignans were doing a pretty good job but since I have been also taking the flaxseed they have disappeared. I am so happy. My sister bought a large jar of the flaseed and she also got a jar of the Barley you are selling. She gave me some to take and gave me the directions on how to start out.
Every morning I grind a quarter cup of the flaxseeds up, I then add a scoop of the lignans, and now I am up to 2 heaping teaspoons of the barely. I add a little yogurt and it has become my cereal in the morning. I love it.
My mind seems clearer, I feel better and my hot flashes are gone

I am planning on coming to the Farmer's Market in the next couple of weeks to replenish my lignans and I will probably be ready to buy a container of the Barley.
