The Grain ~June 2009 Update
~Ellie's Corner~ Welcome! It has been an adventurous road getting a website up, figuring out what to do, how to do it + learning to do it ~It's a lot to learn! I came back from Papua New Guinea in 2005 and started this business because the opportunity was given to me + I LOVED it :). Since 2005, I have met many of you -my customers, my friends- and kept in touch. Some of you, I haven't had the opportunity to talk with for a while and I'm looking forward to reconnecting! I am SO EXCITED about the Farmer's Markets that have started for this 2009 summer. What are YOUR plans for your summer? Any trips planned? Fun vacations? We will try to work on some house projects (that NEVER end!) + hopefully see my 2 daughters who are in Med School who have short breaks this summer -I love every chance to see my busy kids. Otherwise, most of my summer will be filled with spending time at the lovely Farmers Markets + other shows. I hope to see YOU there! :)

Many times people who have had started eating Cold Milled Flaxseed, no longer have to use stool softeners or enemas. Eating flax seed has helped them achieve constipation relief.
